Entries close on the 2nd August

All Exhibitors must comply with the following:
1. No Exhibit allowed on the show field before 1pm on Wednesday 15th August
2. All Exhibits to be in place by 9am on Show Day and remain until 5pm unless directed otherwise
3. At all times every exhibitor will be under the direction of the section steward and Safety officers appointed by the society
4. Drivers must possess a valid and appropriate licence for their exhibit
5. Road going vehicles and other mobile exhibits must have appropriate insurance cover for this type of event
6. Maximum speed on the showground is 5 mph
7. At no time whilst moving on the showground must there be anyone other than the driver on a tractor

Declaration: I declare that during the whole period of the Show that my/our exhibit will be covered by insurance for Full Third Party Risks (including boiler explosion if applicable) with a minimum indemnity of £2,000,000 which is not prejudiced by use at the event connected therewith. I agree to produce these insurance documents and evidence of a boiler inspection on request. I also declare that such insurance will extend to the driver(s) of my exhibit (if appropriate) and that drivers hold valid driving licences of the appropriate class. I have read and fully understand all the conditions of entry and also agree to abide to the directions given by the Section Stewards. I understand that the organisers accept no responsibility for accident caused by any exhibit, or damage to or loss of any part of the exhibit.
